What the pages print
The requirements of an app are on its store page: how large it is, which version of iOS or Android it needs and what language it is in. They are printed by the developer and the store, and copied here with the date.

The page lists 23 languages: English, Arabic, Czech, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Thai, Traditional Chinese, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese. First released 15 January 2011.
Reading the lines
Sizes change with every version, so the figure is a figure for the day it was read.
Differences between rows are shown, not explained; the stores' pages say nothing about why two listings differ, and neither does this one.
Size
MetaTrader 4 is 21.8 MB,. MetaTrader 5 is 36.7 MB,. A size is the figure a store reports for the current version; it says nothing about how an update is delivered.
Labels and what they are
A rating label on a store page is a classification of the app's content, not a rule about who may trade; the account's own terms say that.
Listings that did not answer
Not every address read answered with a page. In the Pakistan view, the Google Play address for net.metaquotes.metatrader4 (answer: 404). A listing that does not answer is reported as not found in that view and is left out of the tables of figures; it says nothing about whether the app exists in another country or on another store.
